I'm Helen Errington, a mindfulness teacher and writer.
Mindful Pause began with a question: How do we live fully in times of uncertainty and change?
During a time of illness, grief, and mid-life change, mindfulness and meditation offered me a way of meeting life more intimately, with presence, kindliness, and care.
That quality of attention was nourished by time spent in nature and by creative writing—simple, grounding ways of staying close to what was unfolding.
Now I share trauma-sensitive mindfulness and meditation through guided practice and reflective teaching, supporting those living with loss, health challenges, and life’s uncertainties.
